Ford Cosworth YBB Pinto 84mm crankshaft
This is a brand new Ford steel crankshaft suitable for the Ford Cosworth Sierra, Escort YBB based engines. It has the std 9 bolt flywheel fitment along with YBB nose and front pulley bolt style. Big ends are Pinto YBB sizes and the mains accept the std Pinto YBB bearings for any block. The stroke is 84mm compared with the std 76.95mm. Slight block block machining / grinding is required to fit. Crank is fully counter weighted with knife edge finish to reduce windage. Full length oil feed is used as per Cosworth race crankshafts. All journals are cross drilled and use 180* oil feed. All big ends receive oil feed from two mains. Oil gallery's are blanked with 1/4"bsp plugs for ease of cleaning and removal. These are supplied. Crank comes fully balanced an weighs 19.5kg. Material is 4340 billet which is heat treated, shot peened and magnaflux tested. Have been tested to 10,000rpm plus in turbo and N/A application. These are produced in USA as per all my crankshafts and con rods.
These may also be used in Pinto engines. Can be used with std or aftermarket steel rods. Please see my listing for suitable rods in stock which accept the Accralite / Holbay / Burton style short comp. height pistons in various bore sizes.

Ford x.flow, pre x.flow Lotus Twincam 88mm stroke 2 litre steel crankshaft kit
This is a new Ford based steel crankshaft kit suitable for either x.flow / pre x.flow or Lotus Twincam. It uses Honda big end journals with a stroke of 88mm. Counter weights peripheral diameter is reduced to allow 5.237" length rods to be used which are in stock for 32mm compression height pistons which use 19mm pins. Fully counter weighted with knife edged finish. Full length oil feed as per Cosworth style. All journals are cross drilled for 180* oil feed and all big ends receive oil feed from two mains. Oil gallery's are blanked with 1/8"bsp plugs for easy removal for cleaning. These are supplied. Flywheel fitment is 12 bolt with provision for locating ring. Nose is x.flow with back cut for duplex chain clearance. An adapter may be fitted to convert for BD use. Crank comes fully balanced and weighs 14.2kg. Material is 4340 billet which is heat treated, shot peened and magnaflux tested. Have been tested to 9,000rpm plus. These are produced in USA as per all my crankshafts and conrods. These can be supplied modified for fiesta block fitment for an extra cost. Crank fits all 1600cc 5 main bearing blocks but some clearance modifications are required. Will not fit 1500 block. Camshaft or jackshaft requires modification to clear big ends.

Ford Formula Junior engine kit
This is a brand new Ford based Formula Junior engine crank kit.
You will receive a steel 48.4mm 3 bearing crankshaft with optimum counter weights and fully balanced. This will accept 6 bolt flywheels to suit Junior engines. Big ends are 40mm diameter with 17mm width for minimum weight and friction. All journals are cross drilled and come with blanking plugs. Nose accepts all Ford based parts and No.1 main is cut back to suit double width chains etc.
You will also receive four "H" section 4.920" or 5.070" centre to centre con rods. ( please specify ) with ARP bolts as a balanced set. These are in 4340 material and weigh 450 / 465 grams each.
4.920" rods come with .8125" small ends to suit Ford based Cosworth or similar pistons. 5.070" rods come with 18mm small ends to suit custom pistons available.

EN40B steel crankshaft
This is a brand new EN40B steel crankshaft suitable for the zetec silver or black top engines. It has a std stroke of 88.0mm. These come with std size big ends to accept std or aftermarket steel conrods. Unlike most other cranks on the market these are Fully counter weighted with knife edged finish. Full length oil feed as per Cosworth style unlike most other cranks available. All journals are cross drilled for 180* oil feed and all big ends receive oil feed from two mains. Oil gallery's are blanked with 1/4"bsp plugs for easy removal for cleaning. These are supplied. Flywheel fitment is 6 bolt std Zetec with provision for dowels so all std and after market flywheels fit. Nose is as per std Zetec to accept std oil pump drive and pulleys etc. Crank comes fully balanced an weighs 15.3kg. Material is EN40B forging which is heat treated, shot peened and magnaflux tested. FORD ZETEC steel crankshaft 70.20mm stroke
This is a brand new 4340 steel crankshaft suitable for the zetec silver or black top engines. It has a stroke of 70.2mm which in the 1800cc block gives 1439cc or in the 2.0 litre block 1593cc. These are made with Honda B18 size big ends so Honda based rods in steel or titanium can be used. Unlike all other cranks on the market these are Fully counter weighted with knife edged finish. This helps eliminate the common std oil pump failures at 7500rpm+ until well past 8500rpm. Full length oil feed as per Cosworth style unlike all other cranks available. All journals are cross drilled for 180* oil feed and all big ends receive oil feed from two mains. Oil gallery's are blanked with 1/8"bsp plugs for easy removal for cleaning. These are supplied. Flywheel fitment is 6 bolt std Zetec so all std and after market flywheels fit. Nose is as per std Zetec to accept std oil pump drive and pulleys etc. Crank comes fully balanced an weighs 10.5kg. Material is 4340 billet which is heat treated, shot peened and magnaflux tested.
