Nissan Skyline GTS33, ECR33 inlet manifold
Nissan Skyline GTS33, ECR33 inlet manifold to suit the RB25DET engine. This manifold fits to the factory lower std section so no additional fuel rail or injectors are required. It accepts the std Nissan throttle body or can be modified for the 80mm or 90mm items we have available. Cast in two sections 5mm thick and tig welded together. This will easily cope with 2bar of boost without failure. Accepts all the std fitting hardware and vacuum pipe work etc. Comes mirror polished as std. Substantial performance gains are available using this over the std manifold.

Toyota 4AGE 20V turbo inlet with plenum to fit std throttle bodies. This allows the std throttle bodies to be retained and blown through in turbo or supercharged use. Cover has provision for 5 take off ports. Intake runners have radiused trumpets.

Toyota Lexus IS200 1GFE turbo exhaust manifold wastegate basic kit
New Toyota Lexus IS200 1GFE turbo exhaust manifold with wastegate, down pipe and centre section.
This manifold will allow fitment of T3 / GT30 / GT35 turbo units to the 6cyl Lexus 1GFE engine. Formed in 304 stainless steel with 2.6mm wall thickness. This is designed for use with external wastegated turbo's. This manifold will support 500hp+ with correct turbo. Stainless steel down pipe is to suit "V" band outlet GT30 / GT35 turbo's and is 3" diameter with stainless bellows. Centre section is 3" diameter and in stainless steel and allows fitment of std or after market rear section exhausts. Wastegate is 50mm Mines item with springs for .4 bar and .9bar without boost controller assistance.
Wastegate outlet requires welding to suit individual vehicles so workshop services are required.

Ford Cosworth RS500 Escort Sierra tubular race ex manifold
New Ford Cosworth YB based race tubular exhaust manifold to accept open or divided turbine housing T3/GT30/GT35 style remote waste gate turbo's. Flanges are in 12mm thick 304 stainless cnc machined and tubing is 2.6mm 304. Internal diameter is 42mm. Remote waste gate outlet is balanced from each pair of cylinders. Turbo flange has provision for stabiliser brackets and has stainless inserts fitted. A custom downpipe and waste gate pipe will need to be made as turbo is twisted for ideal air entry on race cars. Can be used with 44mm or 50mm waste gates for best results..jpg)

Lexus IS200 1GFE Inlet manifold with 60mm throttle body
This is a new cast and fabricated inlet manifold with 60mm throttle body to suit the Toyota Lexus 1GFE IS200 engines. This replaces the std plastic manifold and drive by wire throttle in order to allow forced induction to be used with ease. Will allow in excess of 2bar boost. Head flange is cnc machined to accept the std Lexus inlet rubber gaskets. Throttle body flange is not welded in order to allow specific installs. This will accept the std throttle cable but a new tps will be required at extra cost. This kit will not work with std ecu. This kit allows far more power than the std item due to being less restrictive.

This is a new Nissan Skyline GTS32 cast intake manifold and plenum. This fits the Skyline/Cefiro RB20DET engine. Internally it has full radius trumpets. The plenum cover is polished and has take off ports with fittings supplied for vacuum / pressure take offs. This will accept the standard top feed style injectors and fuel rail. All other standard part are a direct fit. comes with weld on plate in order to fit VH Q45 throttle body or 80mm item we sell. This is a major performance enhancement over the standard manifold.

This was specifically designed for the Toyota 1jz and 2jz engines but can be used on any engine.This can be welded to standard or after market inlet manifolds to enable them to be pressurised.
