Ford Focus Zetec black top 1.8 2.0 big valve kit

 

Inlet is 34.00mm diameter and exhaust 29.50mm. These compare with the factory size of 33mm and 28mm. Valves are +.100" long above the cotter groove so that reprofiled camshafts can be used with std buckets or after market items with top hat shims. All inlet valves have 1.5mm seat width with 30* back cut and exhaust valves have 2mm seat again with 30* back cut for optimum airflow developed on our Superflow flow bench. Stems are undercut to aid greater air flow. As used in our race engines. These are one piece items and are suitable for turbo / supercharger use up to 1050* exhaust temp. Please do not confuse these with expensive inferior quality items available or American zetec valves which do not fit and others that require extra cotters to be purchased. These are UK made.

Steel EN24 flywheel

 

Due to popular demand for the FWD Crossflow engine we now have in stock.
Steel EN24 flywheel to suit the Ford crossflow 1300cc / 1600cc as fitted in the front wheel drive Fiesta and Escort models. This fits the std Ford crankshaft with 6 bolt fitment or our steel 12 bolt crankshafts with strokes from 59.3mm to 88.00mm It accepts the range of 7 1/4" clutches from AP Racing etc in single or twin plate style in either "A" ring or lug drive. A suitable release bearing spacer may be required to obtain correct actuation arm position. It comes with 12 bolt fitment allowing either std 6 bolt attachment plus dowels or 12 bolts to steel crankshafts.
The weight less the ring gear is 2.8kg which offers a considerable weight saving helping throttle response and acceleration on small capacity engines.

Due to popular demand we now stock Ford Crossflow FWD Fiesta / Escort dry sump pans.
These dry sump pans are to suit the Ford FWD Fiesta / Escort engines which have a different bolt pattern to the RWD items.
These come with half length trough to allow close fitment of exhaust manifold. We can supply with full length trough if required with either single or twin scavenge outlets. All sumps are supplied on an exchange bases or outright at extra cost. Extra depth sumps can be made to suit our 84mm and 88mm stroke crankshafts.

This is a new decat pipe to suit the Toyota Lexus 1GFE IS200 engines. This replaces the std catalic converter below the manifold. It is a direct replacement and is made of 304 stainless steel with mild flanges. It will fit with the std factory manifold or the aftermarket versions available from Prolex, TDi etc. It will also work with the TTE supercharger kits for these vehicles. The outlet fits the std or after market centre silencers. Primary bore is 48mm and secondary is 63mm.

AEM FIC FUEL IGNITION CONTROLLER UNIVERSAL 6cyl

This is a brand new AEM 6+4cyl. FIC fuel /ignition controller Part number 30-9010 These we have fitted to many Japanese vehicles and to our own Lexus is200 turbo conversion cars. Will fit most ecu controlled engines.
You will receive ecu, universal loom, patch lead, software, comunication lead, full instructions and tuning tips.
This is the lastest generation in piggy back ecu's. These are ideal when you have converted a N/A engine to forced induction or upgraded your engine and injectors. This allows adjustment of injector duty and ignition timing and saves the extra expense of a FCD.
The F/IC gives users with OBD-II race vehicles and non-factory forced induction systems the ability to retard ignition and deliver accurate amounts of fuel without the need for outdated FMUs or “boost hiding” controllers. This system works parallel to the factory ECU preventing tuning limitations due to complex factory timing patterns. 21x17 maps with configurable load and RPM breakpoints are easily accessed with the F/IC's Windows-based tuning software. The F/IC draws power from PC USB interface for quick and easy calibration changes. The F/IC intercepts the signal to the stock injectors, allowing the user to modify pulse-width by +/-100%. The F/IC is among the only piggy-back systems that can decrease injector pulse-width, allowing the user to drive larger aftermarket injectors* while still maintaining proper air / fuel ratios. This powerful system can also tap into the factory injector signal and work independently to drive up to six (6) additional injectors. The F/IC can retard timing from the factory system based on engine RPM and load inputs. This is achieved by intercepting and delaying the outputs from the cam and crank position sensors to the engine- with no adverse affect on applications equipped with variable cam timing. The F/IC can also be used to recalibrate / clamp the MAF sensor, eliminating common problems with non-boosted factory MAFs. The on-board MAP sensor allows for proper fueling in boosted conditions. Since the F/IC works in conjunction with the factory ECU, late model-vehicles equipped with a CAN-BUS system retain functionality of climate controls, dash and other components on the network.
The AEM Fuel / Ignition Controller is designed to work with nearly any ECU, except those using frequency-based MAF sensors. The F/IC must be wired correctly for it to function properly.

This is a new Ford X.Flow / pre X.Flow billet rocker kit with new shaft. CNC machined in HE30 aluminium and hard anodised in gold. This kit will accept either std. Ford or Titan motorsport rockers with std. ratio. This kit is far stronger and stiffer than the factory aluminium posts or steel items available as each rocker is fully supported on both sides with interlinking cradle to avoid flexing at high rpm and valve lifts. Lexus Toyota IS200 1GFE BIG VALVE KIT

  
  
  
    

This is a set of new oversize valves to suit the Toyota Lexus IS200 1GFE engine. Inlet valves are 1mm oversize at 30.5mm which represents only 3% increase insize but over 20% in air flow shown on our flow bench with correct fitment. Exhaust valves are also 1mm oversize at 26mm for a 4% size increase but a 22% increase in air flow. These have a stelite seat so are suitable for N/A or forced induction engines up to 1100*c. Intakes have waisted stems for improved air flow and all are super polished for increased guide life. Head shape on both has been corrected for optimum airflow and power. All seats are radiused to back face of valve. Stem length above cotter groove has been increased (.100") to allow for fitment of standard or aftermarket camshafts with smaller base circles. (email for details on profiles available) All valves are lighter than std to help with high rpm valve float above 6500rpm with forced induction engines. These will fit on std inserts and within std bore size with all other std fitment parts.
All UK made by the countrys leading valve manufacturer!
If you are looking for over 450hp these are a must.
Cylinder head is not included.
