Ford crossflow Piston set to suit 84mm crankshaft
We now have in stock forged pistons for the Ford Crossflow engine manufactured exclusively for us to suit our 84mm crankshaft with 5.100" conrod package. These give a compression ratio of 12.00:1 and need no further machining. These are to suit a 84mm bore and therefore give an engine capacity of 1862cc they come with all rings, pins and circlips. These will accept valve sizes of up to 1.680" inlet and 1.420" exhaust valves. These fit with the std 1600 height FWD or RWD blocks.

This is a new set of steel "H" section con rods. and forged pistons to suit the Vauxhall C20XE 2.0 litre 16v engine. This is probably at present the ultimate set up for real torque and HP. The rod is non standard length at 148mm with 20mm pin. It come with ARP 2000 bolts and are produced in USA. The 87mm piston is ultra short comp height 2 ring design to suit. The intruder crown will need machining to correctly set your compression ratio required. Valve pockets are sized to accept all oversize valves available at present. They come with rings pins and clips. All major dimensions are shown. This package fits in the std. height block. These are produced in USA.

This is a new set of steel "H" section con rods. with forged pistons to suit the Toyota Lexus 1GFE IS200 engines. The rods come with bronze bushed small ends with 18mm pin size and are longer than std to enhance rod angle and torque output. Oil holes for piston cooling are incorporated as per std. ARP 2000 bolts are included as std. Pistons are forged aluminum with revised ring pack, piston pin offset and compression height to reduce piston noise and increase power from std factory design. Compression ratio is as per std. Pins are floating with wire clips rather than the std interference factory fit. Crown design differs from std to increase swirl for increased combustion efficiency and are suitably thick for turbo or supercharged applications. Bore size is 76mm (75mm std) so your block will need boring to suit. All rings pins and clips are supplied
